It’s prime time for Dustin Barca, the underground surfing hero from Kauai. In 2009 Barca finally made the big leagues, qualifying for the ASP World Championship Tour. Surfing since the age of 5, the emerging star’s aggressive style consists of a complete package of big airs, clean carves, and fearlessness on the waves. The Hawaii native keeps his drive by staying focused and staying hungry during training. When he’s not surfing you can probably find him training hard at his second love of mix martial arts. Barca’s eager to showcase his true ability on the tour this year. That means any wave any time. The bigger the better.
