Staying in school for his senior season at the University of Washington was one of the smartest decisions Brandon Roy could have made. Averaging 20.2 ppg as a senior, B-Roy lead the Huskies to a 26-7 record and second straight Sweet Sixteen appearance, while also being named PAC-10 player of the year. Collegiate success transferred well to the pro game, where Roy was named the 2006-07 NBA Rookie of the Year and an All-Star in each of the following 2 seasons. With improving all-around performance the young leader of the Trail Blazers continues to get better and scarier on the court every year. B-Roy solidified himself as one of the 10 players in the NBA during the 2008-2009 season by being named to the All-NBA Second Team.
