Cake Batter Muscle Milk® Pancakes


Ingredients:

•    2 scoops of Cake Batter Muscle Milk Light powder


•    3 Egg Whites


•    2 TBSP Water


•    Combine Muscle Milk and egg whites in a bowl and whisk.  Add water until a desired thickness is reached.  Pour mixture onto a skillet on high heat.  Cook as you normally would a pancake, turning once after the bottom is browned.


•    Serves either 1 large pancake or 2 medium pancakes
